Mr. Sharp, as Your Lordship is aware, is on leave without Salary, and thus the remaining half Salary applied for by Mr Toller is available. Having regard to the smallness of the remuneration, and to the fact there will be no additional Cost to the Public, I have approved of the full Salary (viz. $100 per mensem) being drawn by Mr. Toller from the present instant, until further notice, of which I have to request the sanction of Your Lordship.
